We are looking for motivated Customer Support Champion to join our

Your Tasks:

• Handling incoming customer contacts via email;
• Upsell product, content and features;
• Assist customers with resolving technical issues;
• Walk customers through updating their account and billing information;
• Displays a knowledge across multiple facets of the organization - content, features, supported devices, etc.

Qualifications

Our Requirements:
• Excellent Written skills in French(B2 or higher)
• Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or higher)
• Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus;
• Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
• Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
