Our success comes from our people, and we are looking for a System Administrator to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Job Description

As a System Administrator, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages/troubleshoot devices or machines
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirement
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Having hand on knowledge to Implement a company-wide Intune based eco-system with separate policies for different user groups
  • Hands on experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, DLP policies, etc.), printers, routers, firewalls, switches, VPN, Remote Desktop Services, VoIP and mobile phones, backup solutions and vendor-specific hardware and software according to Solution Builders standards.
  • Hand on experience in working on a company with ISO27001 and GDPR certifications
  • Enterprise experience supporting Active Directory Services
  • Familiarity with deploying and updating software/policies via GPO
  • Strong organizational, presentation, written and verbal skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Ability to switch-task and adapt to changes quickly.
