Job Description

·         collaborate and/or follow up with technical departments until the technical proposal (if it‘s required) is ready.

·         Following up with Supply Chain until all costs have been ready.

·         Calculate sales prices and prepare quotations/commercial offers.

·         Create customer contacts, tickets, projects, and sales quotations in the ERP-system.

·         Find tenders through tender websites and coordinate between departments to prepare all tender documents with full commitment to the tenders’ guidelines and requirements.

·         Prepare the required reports.

·         scanning sales and renewal contracts

·         Coordinate and implement external training courses.

·         Prepare the required tender reports.

·         Handover won deals/sales order details to the projects’ operation team.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable institution
  • +3 years experience in the same position or related field
