Performance Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Performance Media Manager to join Starcom, one of our 3 Media Agencies. You shall work for leading multinational advertisers delivering digital campaigns across all digital channels and be responsible for delivering and analyzing a range of campaigns on Google Ads, SoMe & Programmatic, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:

o   Execute mainly Google Ads & social advertising campaigns, on time & on budget across the funnel (awareness, consideration & conversion)

o   Identify insights & buying opportunities and optimize performance and investment against media KPIs and e-Com KPI

o   Manage third party external agencies and technology partners to ensure campaign assets are on time and at requested specs for the different platforms

o   Manage booking orders for the campaign under his/her responsibility

o   Collate and report monthly, quarterly, and annually performance statistics

o   Analyze digital campaigns to ensure client KPIs are met across all digital marketing activities

o   Monitor traffic, engagement, monetization and operational KPIs, implementing changes and proposing improvement actions where necessary

o   Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary, and recommendations

o   Keep up to date with changes and advancements of platforms and recommend new approaches

o   Provide a high level of client service & enthusiasm for, both, external and internal clients

Qualifications

 

o   Prior relevant experience, min 3 years

o   Demonstrable experience leading and managing Paid Search, Google Ads (Display & YT), SoMe and/or display advertising campaigns

o   Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

o   Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)

o   Ability to translate complex technical or analytical information into client-friendly language

o   Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

o   Can do mentality, a team player, and willingness to learn and develop

o   Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

o   Good understanding and use of Excel or similar tools

o   Analytical and reporting skills
