Job Description

  • Leading the sales team along with the manager by inspiring and motivating them to achieve targets and meet the standards required by the showroom.
  • Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads.
  • Providing update ideas and actioning changes to showroom displays and stock.
  • Striving to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing suppliers, vendors & deliveries.
  • Providing impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience selling comparable products.
  • Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
  • Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
  • Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
