Our business model is put in reverse and the many people cannot afford our products. These are challenging times, and we like challenges. You will be important in our journey where we have decided to dare to be IKEA, optimize for relevance and rethink low price.

We’re looking for 18 Range Area Managers (RAM) and one of your main responsibilities is to create the best pre-conditions for delivering better products at lower cost. Each Range Area (RA) is a big business unit where you lead and work together with a unit of 50 – 90 people. Range Areas are divided into Furniture, HFA (Home Furnishing Accessories) and Food and you report to Manager for Furniture, Manager for HFA or Manager for Food Business areas.

The Range Area Manager:
•    Is an experienced leader with proven record of range and business development and performance over time in a similar context

•    Lead the Range Area business in an efficient and effective way by collaborating with other RA’s and other relevant stakeholders throughout the whole value chain

Your values-based leadership, leading by example every day, staying close to your team, and knowing your business are pre-requisites to lead, build and develop the RA.
