Job Description

Warp are looking for an articulate, capable, music-obsessed project manager to run global campaigns for our growing family of labels. Selling music in the 21st century presents some unique and ever-evolving challenges, from responding to unexpected viral spikes to selling physical formats that are increasingly becoming a costly luxury item. Your job will be to bring the music in all its variety of forms to the marketplace, and help it to reach as many people as possible once it is out there. You will be the liaison point between A&R, marketing, retail, promo teams and artist management. Each day you will be coming up with and implementing ideas to maximise the potential of our releases, and being the central point of contact on each of our campaigns. We are looking for someone who is imaginative, practical, self-sufficient, confident, patient, adaptable, enthusiastic and driven. In return you will be part of a progressive, innovative company, working with some incredible artists and labels.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering global music marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge and experience of international sales channels and income streams.
  • Excellent, confident communicator able to engage internal and external teams.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Good commercial acumen and experience of setting targets and handling budgets.
  • Experience of working directly with artists and managers.
