WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a HR Business Partner, you play an important role to ensure the development of the entire logistic organisation, where you will be the daily trainer and sparring partner, in all matters such as recruitment, training, personnel development, labour law, introduction of new employees, work environment, etc.

You are located in the Distribution Center in Bozhurishte (DCB).

You will report directly to the Logistics Director of DCB and in matrix to HR Director Logistics, JYSK. You will be part of the Distribution Center Management team and get the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of HR and some of the best HR tools will be at your disposal.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Recruitment and training of staff to support our ambition to be the best in class
  • Work closely with managers on performance management, staff development and succession planning to secure the future of the organization
  • Plan and execute different internal and external employer branding activities
  • Monitor and analyse market trends on compensation and benefits and take actions accordingly to ensure competitiveness of JYSK offers
  • Monitor HR KPIs and key figures and take relevant actions
  • Provide support to the line managers in labour law and in all other HR related issues. Salary and contract administration are not part of the HR BP tasks.
  • Implement different HR procedures and policies into the organization including updating of our concepts and training materials and alignment with applicable legislation

Qualifications

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING

  • You are an experienced HR professional with a solid track record from an international company
  • You bring a good understanding of the Logistics, retail or production market, preferably with 5+ years of experience within HR
  • You are result-driven, proactive and with strong communication and training skills
  • Have logical and practical approach in order to get things done, you always strive for reaching next level and improve processes
  • You prefer to work independently and take responsibility for own area in order to meet deadlines
  • You have a positive and service-oriented approach and is good with people
  • Fluent level of English (both written & verbal) and good computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
