As a Senior Manager Business Technology Supply Chain Systems, you contribute globally to the continuity and renewal of Supply Chain technology solutions and continuous improvement of the overall Supply Chain user experience and processes. You are responsible for the strategy of our global system landscape, facilitating the growth strategy of Rituals and its Business Technology ambitions. You manage a significant development- and service budget that you use to develop and support the IT Landscape with the 5+ IT parties we partner with. You try to match, or even better, exceed the expectations on the 30+ 2023 initiatives/projects. The projects differ from small (but very relevant) to very big and global.

Systems that are in your scope:

• Clevr and Powerplatform solutions for Promotional planning.
• Slimstock for S&OE
• Logility for S&OP
• Alle integrations and data-sources related to the Planning & Promotion systems.

The team consists of two fellow managers, an architect, service delivery manager and a group of very talented Product Owners, Project Managers and Business analysts.

For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and you will:

• Facilitate the team in getting the job done.
• Facilitate the development and empowerment of the team.
• Make sure that we either meet all 30+ project/product goals or spot risks and limitations ahead in time.
• Develop creative and sustainable solutions, with the overall architecture strategy in mind and provide direction to the team to implement.
• Set up SLAs with our partners and have regular follow up reviews
• Manage our system and support partners
• Define short- and mid-term roadmaps and set priorities with all business stakeholders
• Co-create long term vision on Supply Chain related processes and systems
• Team up with direct colleagues, (business) counterparts and stakeholders.

THIS IS YOU

High on energy, low on ego and with a lot of humour. You are crazy about Supply Chain Tech and have an innovative mindset in terms of business-IT solutions. You are looking for a role in which you pro-actively influence the business on making improvements where needed. You are a true connector, keen to align people and work together as a team. On top of this you have:

• At least 7 years working experience in a Business/Technical role within a Supply Chain environment or an innovative (big) agile-working company
• Experience in define and execute strategy for a Supply Chain Landscape
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning systems and/or ERP
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a pro-active approach to businesses in an international environment
• Project management experience
• Organizational sensitivity. Being the bridge between business and technology requires you to be a star in stakeholder management.
• Experience in guiding a team in setting priorities. The talent is there. It’s up to you to find a way to facilitate and guide the team to success
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
