Job Description

We’ve got an incredible line up of music shaping up for the year and beyond, and we need experienced project/product managers to play a lead role, working with some of our biggest and most exciting artists, to help deliver their music to the world.

We’re looking for two experienced and music-obsessed project managers to run global campaigns across our growing family of labels. Selling music in 2023 presents some unique and ever-evolving challenges, from responding to unexpected viral spikes to selling physical formats that are increasingly becoming a costly luxury item. Your job will be to bring the music in all its variety of forms to the marketplace and help it to reach as many people as possible once it is out there. You will lead the campaign, being the liaison point between A&R, marketing, retail, promo teams and Artists and their management. Each day you will be devising and implementing ideas to maximise the potential of our releases and our artists long term careers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people who have proven experience of delivering projects at a high level, to work with some of the world’s most exciting, innovative artists to deliver landmark campaigns. We are looking for people who are imaginative, practical, self-sufficient, confident, patient, adaptable, enthusiastic, and driven. In return you will be part of a passionate team, a progressive company and receive a competitive package.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering successful global music marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge and experience of international sales channels and income streams.
  • Excellent, confident communicator able to engage internal and external teams.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Good commercial acumen and experience of setting targets and handling budgets.
  • Experience of working directly with artists and managers.
