• Work directly with foreign customers to design, build, test and deploy system configurations; 
• Participate in the discovery workshops with customers;
• Provide business analysis related to specific area(s) of system expertise;
• Work as a part of the project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation, and post-production activities;
• Configure and test business processes according to customer requirements and system set-up;
• Support the data conversion, migration and integrations;
• Prepare customer-specific documentation;
• Help clients resolve issues by offering valid expertise in the SAP/ Workday solution.

• Min. 2 years of experience in a technical role (product implementation), or as an HRIS Analyst involved in deployment of new HR software;
• Excellent communication skills delivering to external Clients;
• Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations;
• Fluent communication in English;
• Analytical mindset, focused on problem solving;
• Knowledge about HR processes and structures.

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP, Workday; or other HR systems; 
• Basic knowledge in relational databases and SQL and/or Power BI; 
• Extensive Excel knowledge; 
•  Basics of statistics.
