Operations and Logistic Teammates are the engine of our business, managing product and interacting with customers, drivers and others.

Duties of the Role:

• Order Fulfillment - Learn how product goes from our shelves to the customer. Everything from picking on our new ERP system to packing to understanding transport systems.
• Inventory Control - Learn how we uphold a standard of 100% inventory accuracy. Focus on what happens when the product enters the building to how it gets onto our shelves.
• Packaging Execution - Learn how our unique packaging techniques allows us to ship vitreous china across the country.
• Process Improvement - Help us improve our processes to create an even more efficient & safe environment. .

•    College Diploma/University degree
•    Strong core values and integrity

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience operating Material Handling equipment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced, pick & pack environment
