Job Description

Position Overview:

To serve the growing needs of the business and our colleagues by:

  • Using business intelligence tools and varying data sources to compile data to support business decisions
  • Preparing and analysing both scheduled and ad hoc reports in both Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI, formats for the Commercial team
  • Assist commercial team by providing relevant market intelligence and performance information both internal and external within and beyond the industry
  • Support other Commercial functions with reporting and analysis upon request
  • Support new hotel and other partners pricing strategies and points conversion ratios
  • Audit data integrity from systems and reports

Key Responsibilities:

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

 

Commercial Analysis Usage

  • Weekly performance update to Commercial team
  • Generate monthly forecast summary to present and/or distribute to Commercial Team
  • Update figures for monthly and quarterly KPIs for Commercial Team
  • Assist Commercial team with data and analysis
  • Monitor portfolio performance from different angles to detect opportunities or threats
  • Audit numbers reported on various available tools to ensure data quality and integrity across systems

 

Commercial Campaign Creation

  • Ensure regular campaigns are being created
  • Monitor and track the performance of campaigns
  • Maintain reporting and analysis for future use and comparison
