Job Description

Working with the VP of Sales to drive revenue growth, this position will lead the overall functional and strategic coordination of the practice growth and campus sales teams.

The right person for this role is highly strategic, data driven, and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading a team, executing sales programs and processes, and cross functional collaboration. You are a leader that is both a mentor and a coach who will roll up their sleeves to achieve success with the team.

Job Duties:

  • Focus on daily execution with team, quickly identifying areas of opportunity and challenges.
  • Work directly with Revenue Operations team and key stakeholders to define operational metrics and reporting to effectively measure key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success to create sufficient qualified leads and track progress to ensure objectives are met.
  • Ensure constant alignment between Sales and Marketing as it relates to all client facing collateral and presented information is best designed and suited to support current strategy and initiatives.
  • Forecast results and create a path to close any gaps between forecast and goal.
  • Provide feedback, facilitate team member growth and development and support professional/personal development goals.
  • Partner with Marketing and on-site teams for training, stage messaging, and sales protocols for cross-sell and upsell execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years of face-to-face, transactional experience in Sales
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
