The Marketing Coordinator partners with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to deliver ideas and strategies that connect our clients to solutions. In that role, you will work to maximize the ROI of the organic channels and deliver memorable event experiences.

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for coordinating events, creating communication and presentation content, managing social media, monitoring success rates, and developing marketing campaigns. 

The ideal candidate is bilingual and has experience in executing content marketing. Feels comfortable in copywriting for MDC and following SEO and brand principles. Expertise in CRM as Hubspot is a huge plus, and what is fundamental is an eagerness to learn, collaborate and optimize all activities for sales support.

What would you be doing

  • Own all activities related to Inbound Marketing, to be developed on Hubspot, our marketing platform in MDC.
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns in our channels, including email, social media, website, and landing pages.
  • Craft actionable content and flows processes for emails, website pages, landing pages, social media, and company blog.
  • Work with internal teams (Products, Operations, Sales) to implement and suggest content-related fixes on the website and collateral materials.
  • Work with the Marketing, Product, and Branding teams to coordinate activities that directly impact MDC's positioning on digital channels.
  • Write creative texts for our blog, web pages, and brand campaigns with the support of our technical teams.
  • Grow our customer base, convert visitors into leads, and expand our digital channel´s overall reach.
  • Develop and update content for our digital platform and manage MDC social media.
  • Participate in training, workshops, and meetings in person and online.
  • Work with internal teams to develop MDC events, including planning, logistics, and execution of the events, internal or external.
  • Support the Design and Branding team to maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensure all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Support the process of purchase of marketing material, giveaways and souvenirs.
  • Perform marketing duties, including activities related to design and editions of digital marketing material when necessary.
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Coordinate and perform administrative duties related to event promotion and organization. 
  • Occasionally represent MDC in events.

Qualifications

Technical skills and work experience

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish required.
  • Experience in a B2B demand generation/digital marketing role.
  • +3 years of experience in Marketing positions.
  • Experience using channels (social, email, digital and offline) to launch and optimize strategies to meet business goals).
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing to generate qualified leads.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms such as Hubspot would be advantageous for creating emails and landing page templates.
  • Ability to determine visual design preferences and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and integrate feedback into the marketing unit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Literature, Mass Communications, or comparable education/experience
