AMCL  Asset Management – Junior Consultant
Our Early Careers Development Programme is based in out London Clerkenwelll office, but on completion opportunities across; UK and Ireland, Hybrid Working (London, Manchester, Birmingham or Dublin Office)
What are we looking for? AMCL is looking to recruit graduates into our team as Junior Asset Management Consultants. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organisations across multiple sectors. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects including asset management capability improvement projects and asset information projects. You will also be joining a team of asset management professionals and industry thought leaders and be able to contribute to the development of the cutting edge approaches and services that AMCL deliver to our clients globally.

Role Summary

Our Early Careers Development Programme provides a structured learning environment to provide new starters with the necessary skills and qualifications to become successful Consultants. Throughout the programme, you will receive specialist Asset Management training, as well as the opportunity to develop a range of professional and personal skills that will help you succeed in your career at AMCL. To support your development journey, we have a dedicated eLearning platform as well as a fantastic team of in-house trainers. In addition, you will be individually assigned a Line Manager, mentor and buddy. Our strong development support network is well equipped for you to achieve your career goals.

The Early Careers Programme covers two phases during your professional career progression:

1. Junior Consultant Period; and

2. Consultant Period.

The Junior Consultant role covers the first twelve to eighteen months of your career at AMCL and introduces the technical, professional and personal skills that you will gain from working at AMCL. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that you are progressing within a learning environment, developing your capabilities and ensuring that you have the requisite attributes as you move through your career towards Consultant and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree.
• Right to live and work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices.  Please also note this is not a remote role as we operate a hybrid working approach you will need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site. 

To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance – this process will initiated once you have accepted an offer and have indicated you are happy to go through these checks.  A summary of the checks involved can be found here.
