Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: - High school/University degree or relevant experience - B1 level of German in written and verbal - Commutative and motivated to offer services to customers. - To attend Academy classes regularly - To be active during classes - To pass tests and assignments given during the course - To show improvement in final test/interview on overall language skills in written and verbal - To be ready and enthusiast to start a job with Sutherland after successful academy graduation
