Our exciting HealthTech client is looking for US citizens and / or people that have their Green Card. Ideally, candidates would be able to easily travel into the office in Bryn Mawr, PA and live within travel distance to Bryn Mawr, PA.

WHAT'S THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SUMMARY?

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience + equity.
  • Healthcare plan with wide coverage including dental and vision - The Company will pay the greater of:
  • $1,000 per month ($500 per pay) towards Medical, Dental and Vision premium.
  • 75% of the employee cost plus 50% of the cost of the dependents who do not have access to alternative health care benefits (i.e. employment, etc.)
  • 401k, we match 100% up to 3% of and 50% up to 5% of compensation - employees are eligible to participate in the 401k 90 days from their start date.

Job Description

Our client is looking for passionate, experienced mid-level (4-5 years experience), mid-senior (6-10 years experience) and senior engineers (10+ years experience) that will immediately get involved in all areas of the software development lifecycle.

  • UI/UX design and Clean Software Architecture.
  • Full Stack Software Development.
  • Collaborating with SQL Developers.
  • Test Drive or Unit Test Backend code.
  • Delegating tasks within your team.
  • Help drive the adoption of best practices within the development group.
  • Conduct code reviews.

Qualifications

  • 4-10+ years full stack .NET/#C and MVC/Razor developer experience with some frontend javascript frameworks.
  • Must be comfortable taking a web page and styling it with Javascript frameworks (jquery, Vue.JS, Typescript, HTML, CSS, etc). 
  • Experience with SQL Server 2018. 
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience is nice to have but not required. 
  • Lead or management of development teams is a real plus.
