Welcome to an international SAP team
At BEUMER Group, we are only at the beginning of our S/4HANA journey. We recently went live with SAP S/4HANA at our Aarhus office, and now, you and your team will lead the further implementation with our subsidiaries while continuously improving the solution.

You will step into an international SAP team, which is located at our two main European locations Denmark and Germany with local SAP consultants working from around the world and second-level support located in Poland.

Define the future of project management in BEUMER Group
As our new in-house consultant, you will focus on the finance and project management modules – the cornerstone of our SAP set-up. Moreover, you will be responsible for our project scheduling add-on solution, Planisware.

Your goal is to support the global roll-out and enhance these solutions to ensure that BEUMER Group can deliver a world-class project management tool. Here, you will work as the bridge between the business and the inhouse developers and external partners, developing the solutions we define together.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Clarify business requirements/processes in collaboration with users and translate business needs into solution designs
• Coordinate, prioritize and organize the work within your area between internal and external stakeholders
• Support with rollout of our project solution based on SAP to the rest of the BEUMER companies globally
• Implement changes and solve defects together with the internal and external support organisation
• Expanding your skillset within SAP via self-study and attending trainings

You should expect to travel approx. 10-20% of your time.

SAP consultant who can bring people together

• You have strong analytical skills and can work independently.
• You know how to bring people together and drive tasks forward
• You have worked with SAP as a developer or consultant preferably in PS, CO
• You have a university degree or comparable education in IT or business with strong IT background
• It is a plus if you have experience with project management for large scale projects
• Flair for coding and IT system setup
• You communicate effortlessly in English and have intercultural competencies to foster successful international collaboration
