Job Description

We don’t like to brag, but we think our team is quite creative :) But creativity can often be quite close to chaos, so we need somebody to watch over it (us ^^).

If Untold Tales does not ring any bell in your mind, you can learn all about us from this interview (LINK). A recipe for being a successful Project Manager / Producer in a marketing dept is quite simple: mix time&task management with a certain knowledge about marketing, add clear communication and sprinkle it with a bit of craziness. And voila!

We’re intentionally not listing X years of experience or a specific professional profile. In the past you might have been in different roles: marketing project manager, producer, marketing manager, account manager - whatever. Marketing is a damn broad field of expertise. Just show us anything that you’ve done in the past that makes you proud. If you’re someone who shows passion, commitment, transparency, honesty, a hint of black humor - we’re on the right track.

Your main storyline includes quests like:

  1. Working closely with the marketing team as well with the external agencies to deliver best possible marketing campaigns and what’s the most important within this role - on time.

  2. Coordination of the entire marketing production pipeline through briefing till ‘go to market’

  3. Analyzing marketing activities and conducting essential research.

  4. Briefing, cooperation and coordination of the work of external partners.

  5. Ordering and approving work to our subcontractors and keeping track of deadlines and budgets.

  6. Co-creation and feedback on marketing plans (e.g. defining milestones, deadlines, kpis).

  7. Cooperation with other UT teams.

Some of the optional side quests:

  1. Playing and providing feedback to our games in development and in evaluation.

  2. Participation in the industry events (online/offline).

  3. Everything not listed above that you will find attractive to do in the marketing area.

  4. Contributing to team decisions, brainstorms, and social meetings.

Qualifications

  1. Good organization and time management ability.

  2. Proven experience in marketing projects/brand/account management(video games/entertainment industry preferable).

  3. Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, especially digital ones.

  4. Being a gamer passionate about videogames.

  5. Having a strong command of English both written and spoken (Polish is not required - we’ll even teach you all the good swears words to make you feel included).
