Franco Pinto Training Center is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join its team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the affairs of instructors & Trainers
    • Contact with instructors professionally
    • Discussing financial agreements
    • Collect required documents (cv + outlines)
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating training requirements
    • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
    • Manage and maintain internal training (Franco Pinto Venue) facilities and equipment
    • Coordinating catering issues for the courses
    • Follow up the reservation of external classrooms
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating of Trainees Affairs
    • Following Public registration in platforms and answering questions.
    • Following Attendance and evaluation forms for the courses.
    • Issuing Certificates and handing out form the printing house and delivering to clints if required
  • Reasonable for keeping the trainers & trainees& Courses database Updated
    • Adding and updating contact details and CVs of the instructors.
    • Adding and updating contact details and the preferences of the Participants.
    • Adding and updating courses outlines & objectives.
  • Conducting and coordinating Tenders procedures include:
    • Preparing tender letters.
    • Attend tender meetings & prepare the minutes of meetings.
    • grouping handout.
  • Coordinating the external participation of the training center in exhibitions
  • conducting and coordinating logistics Procedures for Overseas Training include:
    • Booking hotels an Halls.
    • Passports and Visa
    • Tickets Reservation
    • Following payment with clients
  • Documentation: Taking Photos for the courses and Conducting  Promos for the instructors .

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable institution preferably in (IT,MIS) .
  • +2 years experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • a positive, confident and determined approach
  • a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • the capability to flourish in a competitive environment

Experience in the same field will be considered as an advantage
