Job Description

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with diverse teams including marketing, compliance, finance, commercial or operations. You will support our continuous improvement efforts to and enhance PenFinancial’s relationships with co-workers and members.

Differentiating Accountabilities:

Support business needs specific to each department outlined below including special projects and initiatives.

Commercial

  • Support all aspects of the credit review and new loan processes
  • Collect and review member information, write applications and track expiries & deficiencies

Marketing

  • Assist with the preparation and the execution of activities supporting our truly local commitment
  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance marketing impact

Human Resources

  • Support full recruitment cycle and deliver employee onboarding
  • Document HR processes with focus on continuous improvement
  • Support training initiatives

Finance

  • Support compliance, finance functions and projects

 

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- University Degree Program completed or completion of at least 2 years, preferably in a business related program

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, marketing and human resources is an asset

- Familiar with Microsoft Office products

- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable available vehicle
