We are looking for Global Mobility Expert who would help the Global Mobility Expansion Team to open the market in France and make immigration and relocation process as smooth and seamless for our talents as possible.

What will you be doing:

• Assist and manage relocation cases, including designing relocation process, preparing immigration related documentation, arranging consultants to accompany in-person immigration appointments, communicating with partners, clients, talents, Embassies and Government institutions
• Provide relocation related consultations for clients and talents
• Build and maintain relocation processes, workflows and guidelines
• Assist and manage  immigration and relocation-related projects 
• Manage the settle-in services (including partnerships and contractors)
• Support your colleagues with immigration-related information preparations
• Participate in sales meetings/conferences/meetings as needed
• Help customizing our platform according to the country’s needs

What makes you successful on this position:

• Experience and knowledge in EU and non-EU immigration to France
• You are French speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English. Other languages are a plus
• Comfortability with working remotely
• Comfortability with working with IT solutions
• Prioritising & focusing ability
• Natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
• You are excellent communicator in person and over written correspondence
• Project management skills, like independence in running your work, keen to take initiative, good with strict timelines and have strong attention to detail

Desired knowledge and experience:

• Some knowledge of the relocation and settle-in processes
• French immigration law degree
• Experience in a client-facing position
• Experience in multicultural and international environments
• You have lived abroad and understand the challenges that the talents relocating to Austria are facing
