We offer a unique opportunity to join ProCon in a new management position as Site Development & Planning Manager.

You will be part of the Management team in the company.

As the position is new you will have the opportunity to be part of forming the work tasks for the Site Development & Planning team where some of the responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Manage and develop + 20 Site Managers/ Foremen working on multinational sites
• Set the Site teams with due consideration to project requirements
• Manage office support team
• Develop and maintain a network of sufficient technicians that are qualified to perform ongoing and expected projects
• Global mobilization and resource planning: Keep planning schemes of all Site Managers, Foremen and Technicians updated at all times (+200 staff)
• Obtain any documentation and permits required for the project execution
• Co-operate with Project Managers, Department Heads and daughter companies regarding project manpower needs
• Plan and arrange travel, hotel, personal protection equipment (PPE), working clothes etc. for all technicians
• Manage time registration and approval of time sheets and invoices
• Various Management administration tasks

• A relevant degree in Business, Management or similar
• Experienced Management background including development of Managers
• Experience from international construction sites
• Experience from Wind Power (off shore) projects is an advantage
• Cultural awareness and understanding and a high level of empathy
• Strong communication skills
• Structured approach to tasks in a highly dynamic work environment
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time and within short timeframes
• Knowledge and understanding of employment law/ regulations
• Fluent language skills in Danish and English both oral and written manner
• Other languages (E.g. polish) would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel (40-50 days a year)

Work location
