Objective:

The candidate should have possess expert knowledge of technology and software development.  Working knowledge and experience with detailed level system architectures, application development and deployment at enterprise scale, distributed computing systems, and operations.  Working knowledge and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the various stages and appropriate documentation.  Domestic and international travel may be required.  Direct web development and software architecture experience are required.

Responsibilities:

•      Strong working knowledge and experience in JavaScript and Node.js

•      Strong working knowledge of scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Ruby

•      Experience working with Windows 2019 Server and Windows Infrastructure

•      Experience working on Linux OS based infrastructure

•      Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL 

•      Strong experience in utilization of APIs

•      Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services

•      Awareness of critical concepts in security and automation

•      Demonstrated troubleshooting skillsets across various environments and integrated environments

•      Knowledge on Infrastructure and network security concepts would be plus

•      Working knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and services

•      Should be familiar with Windows Environments and management domains, Firewalls, VPNs, Intrusion Detection Systems, and enterprise level information technology

•      Design, develop and maintain business intelligence platform to provide data driven actionable insights

•      Improve the internal processes by automating manual processes

•      Build a smooth relationship with IT Stakeholders

•      Strong oral communications and writing skills are a must

•      Design and implement automated systems for use in diverse environments

•      Support existing automation technology with component and process enhancements

•      Ability to handle bugs and propose improvements in existing environments

•      Working Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and creation of the appropriate documentation within each cycle

•      Candidate must have knowledge of  Node.js, Java Script, Ruby, Python, Networking, Windows OS and Linux OS

•      3 years direct experience in development/ automation development

•      3+ years of design and implementation experience with distributed applications

•      Working Knowledge APIs and ability to architect cloud ready applications

•      Working knowledge and experience of Node.js/JavaScript, Windows OS, Linux OS and Ruby

•      Exposure in working on CI/CD pipelines would be plus

•      Work with globally distributed shared services and delivery teams

•      Mandatory language skills (oral, written and listening): English

•      Involvement in large project implementation using any of the following: VMWare, AWS EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, ECS etc. (or) Azure Compute, Cloud services, Azure Active Directory, Traffic Manager, Express Route would be plus
