Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Account Management Team Leader to help drive our growth in U.S. and international markets. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts across the globe. 

Creativity, initiative, and the ability to lead and manage a growing and geographically distributed team are critical for success in this role. Your team’s mission is to foster outstanding customer relationships, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive healthy revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on leadership of our talented and growing Account Management team 
  • Mentor direct reports, devise ways to hone team capabilities, ensure ongoing professional improvement, and identify future leaders
  • Ongoing team management against aggressive yet inspiring performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods
  • Proactive assessment, clarification, and validation of customer needs in order to develop effective, long-lasting solutions 
  • Drive and develop account-specific growth strategies and approaches
  • Run team meetings, pipeline reviews, and commercial leadership KPI reporting
  • Develop industry-leading relationships with external key account contacts in order to ensure that the business receives a steady stream of client leads

About You

  • Ability to develop and deliver complex messages in clear, understandable, and convincing terms as well as able to tailor messages for varying audiences in a relatable manner
  • Naturally customer-oriented and results-focused 
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of duties
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
  • Committed and highly collaborative; valuing the input of colleagues and involving others in important decision-making

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience leading, developing, and motivating a team of high-performing account managers 
  • A proven, successful track record of establishing, developing, and retaining high-value customer relationships
  • An absolute ace in MS Excel and Salesforce
  • Experience using Salesloft and/or Prolifiq is a major plus
