As (Senior) App Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the growth of the ABOUT YOU app ecosystem. Next to independently managing App Install campaigns, e.g. via Google App Campaigns, Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads or Programmatic Advertising, you will be in charge of your own projects like continuously optimising advertising media and further improving our App Tracking and Attribution setup. Moreover you conceptualise and execute tests to improve our App Store and Play Store presences and support developing the Marketing strategy of the ABOUT YOU apps.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new, data-driven and scalable Marketing measures to further grow the ABOUT YOU app
• Analysis of Marketing measures and app usage to improve campaign performance as well increase app retention
• Planning, implementation and execution of App Marketing campaigns, e.g. via Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more), Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Programmatic Advertising
• User acquisition campaign management towards Performance KPIs
• Continuous optimisation of advertising media as well our Play Store and App Store assets together with our design team
• Definition and monitoring of all relevant campaign metrics and the overall ABOUT YOU app figures

Requirements:

• University degree above average in business management, information technologies, business psychology or related fields
• Experience in an App or E-Commerce company or in the (App) marketing industry in general 
• Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
• Quick perception and structured working methods
• Interest in and understanding of Marketing Technology, specifically App Tracking and Attribution
• Fluent in English
