Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW. The Product Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing product training materials, generating leads, composing technical documentation and creating impactful marketing materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES.  

The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of tasks related to drafting and refining content for ITP’s technical documentation.

Understand the scope and purpose of products and services by working closely with the technical team and Marketing Manager.

Be proactive to learn and engage to enhance your knowledge and build your subject-matter expertise.

Develop training content and materials. Assist in the delivery of product-related training.

Develop marketing artifacts such as company web page, downloadable “product slick” and other supporting technical documentation.

Create and maintain higher level content for product campaigns; how products and services fit together.

Conduct marketing research activities such as A/B testing. Analyzing industry market trends.

Work with product managers and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical questions from media or channel partners.

Light work travel is expected

Qualifications

This is a position that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.

2-4 years of advertising/marketing experience and/or relevant experiences

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field

Analytical with proven project management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft products, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,

A self-starter who anticipates the needs of the team and is detail oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay is based on the local market and on the skills that the individual brings to the opportunity as an IT Security Analyst. Generally in the $67k-$76k range DOE
