Job Description

QAD is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst  to work with the Service Delivery department of QAD. If you are willing to develop a career in the ERP business and become an expert Service Delivery Consultant for QAD’s ERP software to our clients in the manufacturing area-this is the job for you! You will be part of a global team with a lot of international contacts and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the organization.

The position is remote with the ability to travel to Wroclaw, Poland.

What you will do:

  • Work in an exciting job for an ERP vendor with a focus on Manufacturing
  • Be responsible for providing support to QAD Global Customers and partners, on the QAD products
  • Perform analysis to identify the cause of a reported problem area and recommend corrective actions to our customers
  • Maintain a log of issues and analysis steps including the creation and review of reusable solutions, which are posted to the QAD website. 
  • Report to the Manager of the Southern EMEA Support team 
  • Work as part of an international Support team with a lot of international contacts and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the EMEA organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three/four years of experience providing support to a software system or program
  • Required technical skills and experience:
  • Technical-related degree
  • Programming experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong documentation & writing skills required throughout the support process
  • Business knowledge in one area such as Manufacturing, Logistics, etc will be a plus
  • previous experience with ERP will be a plus
  • Personal skills and languages:
  • Fluent in English and another European language 
  • Results driven
  • Self-learner, can work autonomously  as well as collaborate with others
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle any caller
  • Demonstrated ability to continually learn new products and technologies
