Your daily work...
You will join a dedicated full-stack software team, and work across teams with our UX community team.

You will join forces with the Product Managers and the UX community to form an informal team that defines the product suite our users crave for. Your role will be to help us understand our users and customers, what their overall goals are, and what problems they face in achieving those goals. The role spans the entire software suite, and you will be responsible for contributing your insights so that you and the teams can connect the individual products and ensure smooth and even enjoyable workflows for our target users.

In addition to the UX community, you'll also be part of a cross-functional team with a mix of front-end and back-end developers and a software architect - all eager to welcome you on board. Through self-organization, the team responsibly masters the entire software development lifecycle. Your role is to guide the team in making software products that are easy to use. That is, provide insights from user research and ensure that they are incorporated in into the development cycle, so the user can reach their goals with minimum effort.

Role Highlights:

• Be an active player on the team, with management, and with the UX community.
• Systematically research target users through qualitative methods such as observations and interviews
• Guide the teams and organization with design mockups
• Present and share findings with UX designers, development teams, and management
• Map and document research - create user journeys and workflows that visualizes visualize the users user's experience with our solutions.

To succeed in this position, you'll use your good collaboration skills and ability to manage different cultural contexts, as well as your results- and a customer-focused attitude. And most importantly, you have a passion for discovering user problems, a childlike curiosity, and an ability to learn new things.

The ideal candidate will have an academic degree in a UX domain (at least a bachelor's degree), combined with some years of hands-on experience. Degrees could be but are not limited to:

Interaction Design, Information Technology/Science, Digital Design, Mediaology/Media Science, Techno-Anthropology Interaction Design, Information Technology/Science, Digital Design, Mediaology/Media Science or Techno-Anthropology
