The Evergreen Center is a world-class private human services organization that provides living and learning environments for individuals with developmental disabilities diagnosed with multiple disabilities including Autism, physical disabilities, neurological problems and behavior disorders. Evergreen's Adult Supports Division was created to provide a range of residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges served by the Commonwealth's Department of Developmental Services. The mission of the Adult Residential Supports Division is to support the individuals to make independent choices while pursuing a life centered in a community involvement.

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the residence, and will provide casework for one or two individuals under the supervision of the House Manager.

Responsibilities include the case management of individuals, the collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas, the supervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings, and the monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.

Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri 3pm-11pm; Sat 7am-11pm

•    Associates Degree, preferred; High school diploma or GED, required
•    One (1) year experience in human service programs for persons with developmental disabilities, preferred
•    Must have reliable transportation
•    Availability to travel on an as needed basis
