At Cerby, it's our goal to make everyone feel at home and cared for. We are looking for a People Experience intern who will collaborate with other People Ops members to design and run the Cerbenaut’s experience. 

This is a part-time position based in Guadalajara, Mexico. 

What you will do:

• Collaborate with other People Operations team members on the implementation and continuous improvement of People processes and policies. 

• Act as an ambassador for Cerby in all your interactions. 

• Procure equipment and other work tools for Cerbenauts.

• Participate in the onboarding process of new Cerbenauts.

• Lead the coordination of both virtual and in-person events. 

• Manage Cerby’s relationship with vendors and other external parties.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work across internal and external teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience in customer service. 

• Ability to manage sensitive information.
