• Maintain the relationships with our partner universities and develop new partnerships to ensure the annual survey’s distribution to students and young professionals in Finland, Denmark and Norway
• Establishing relationships with new partners and expanding your professional network within the academic sector in Finland, Denmark and Norway
• Be a part of projects by defining and meeting targets, budgets and timelines, defining and adapting the strategy accordingly, as well as track survey progress to achieve your objectives
• Generate increase in survey participation by approaching students and young professionals via social media, email marketing or other channels
• Join workshops and share valuable insights from online survey results and consult our partners on how to use the insights to improve their communication and offering

• 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, project management and project management tools
• Experience in using qualitative and quantitative market research methods and delivering strategic recommendations based on the analysis of the data
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant work experience within B2C market research will be an advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English, any additional languages are a plus
