Responsibilities:
• Participation in release management flow: applications setup, update, configuration changes
• Handle production problems and incidents
• Process internal and external customers' requests and issues
• Handle production system monitoring (alerting, dashboards)
• Ensuring services SLO meets target
• Participate 24×7 shift on-call rotation for critical production issues handling

Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience in L2 production application support
• Good Linux knowledge and hands-on experience
• Understanding of network communications and protocols: HTTP(S), WebSocket, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, Load balancing
• Troubleshooting and investigation skill set
• Understanding of monitoring principles, alerting, performance and healthiness metrics
• Hands-on experience in visualization tools: Kibana, Grafana
• Experience of usage CI/CD tools and processes: Git, Jenkins
• Intermediate English at least

Will be a plus:
• Experience with Prometheus monitoring system
• Experience with Ansible configurations management tool
• Knowledge in F5 and Nginx load balancers
• MongoDB support experience
• Experience of Terraform usage
• Kubernetes basics
