Karshare is a community rental platform which allows owners to rent their car via our platform. We have hundreds of cars spanning between 6 cities, and the demand for rentals is increasing with our numbers growing rapidly.

As our business continues to grow we are now looking for a number of Vehicle Recovery Agents in London. You will be working with the London fleet team to assist with any cars which need recovering or to have their location changed.

• Collect keys from owners as required

• Recover vehicles if needed

• Inspect for damage and take photos

• Liaise with recovery companies if required

• Inspect London fleet cars to ensure there is no damage and the vehicle is clean and tidy

• Take London fleet cars to be cleaned as required and report back to ensure monies are collected

• Someone who is fully flexible and able to respond quickly

• You will love driving

• A full clean uk driving licence (manual + automatic) and you must be at least 21 years old

• Must enjoy working in the outdoors and in all weather conditions

• The ability to communicate with customers, often in demanding circumstances

• Have a good understanding of cars to be able to resolve any issues

• Previous experience working with damages is beneficial 

• A individual who is a great team player with great communication skills

Location and working hours

• Recoveries of vehicles will be in and around London so you need to live in this area

• You will be paid by the hour and depending on experience plus we will pay you a mileage allowance

• You may be called upon any time between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. However we are flexible so if you advise you can assist but not 7 days a week or for the whole day we can accommodate this. We will be looking at employing several people for cover and we understand also there will be times you won’t be available 

• You will be covered under our Karshare staff policy whilst moving any vehicles.
