Redica Systems is seeking a Lead Product Designer to help us design new products and reshape our existing offerings. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader who comes with passion, expertise, ideas, and an instinct for collaboration. We’re after a relentlessly customer-centric, high-impact, team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a champion for product excellence across Product and Design, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and our SMEs.
• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to final product design.
• Create mockups, wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts that lead to intuitive and valuable products.
• Explore and validate concepts with users and stakeholders by using rapid prototyping methods and anticipate feedback to address it proactively.
• Analyze user engagement and success metrics after releasing new designs and make adjustments as necessary.

About you

• You develop strong and effective working relationships with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and the executive team.
• You are a skilled storyteller with deep experience presenting design work to executives, product managers, engineers, and other partners for review and feedback. 
• You build company-wide understanding and trust through effective written and verbal communication on cross-functional topics.
• You proactively request feedback from others and are open to continuous constructive feedback.
• You always bring a proactive attitude, take ownership, and have a passion for producing lasting positive results.

• 4+ years of experience driving end-to-end product design for an enterprise SaaS product. 
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating ability to think through complex problems from concept to final product.
• Expert in all phases of end-to-end product design, including discovery, conceptualization, prototyping, information architecture, and design QA.
• Expertise in Figma and other tools for generating wireframes, designs, prototypes, and specifications.
• Some experience or familiarity with HTML, and CSS a plus.
