Job Description
HSMC is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator!
Responsibilities
- Reviews and submits all Human Resources related paperwork relating to new hire for processing.
- Works with Human Resources Assistant to generate and distribute reports to operating directors, managers, and/or VP of Operations and Human Resources.
- Performance management administration.
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form 1-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Assists with completing new hire paperwork during orientation.
- Provides coverage of front desk receptionist duties as needed.
- Conducts benefits orientation for benefit eligible new hires and current employees who become benefit eligible.
- Assists in the planning and coordination of company events.
- Serves as back up to Human Resources Assistant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources required.
- Familiarity with CORI forms
- Familiarity with Recruiting and Human Resources paperwork administration preferred.
- Strong computer skills specifically in excel and word.
- Must have high attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Information
Ensure that you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You are a current, regular full- or part-time, substitute or temporary HSMC employee.
- You have been in your current position for at least six months. (Exceptions to this six-month requirement can be made by your current supervisor and should be consistent with company business needs.)
- You have had a current performance evaluation which has rated your job performance as "Favorable" or better (rating 4 or higher).
- You are currently not on a Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
- You must be in compliance with the agency's requirement for all in-service training.
- You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting.
