Global Knowledge Management Lead creates and executes scalable strategy to ensure company internal knowledge is evolving and positively impacts teams’ efficiency and user experience in measurable ways.

• Define the KM strategy to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and company culture & build a light-weight, efficient team of KM managers and specialists
• Lead the implementation and roadmap with focus on achieving efficiency across the teams and tools
• Determine how the existing mechanisms and elements of knowledge management are used to capture internal and external knowledge 
• Evaluate and prioritize the risks and determine the organizational knowledge requirements and gaps
• Ensure the knowledge generated within the organization is made easily visible, available and useful to seekers 
• Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance and use of the platform and other tools
• Measure, track and report impacts against defined OKRs 
• Assess the sustainability of and review the knowledge management processes and frameworks
• Map out user experience and create quality assurance processes

Your everyday tasks also include:

• Creating and delivering continual improvements to our processes efficiency within the platform and other tools
• Identifying problems and opportunities to support our mission and then initiate, own and contribute to solutions
• Independently maintain internal knowledge
• Measure and improve quality of user experience
• Leading initiatives to reduce the need for manual work of Global Mobility teams
• Responsibility for cross-functional collaboration
• Supporting KM ops with best practices, methodologies and defines development path for the team
• Being up to date with operational and policy changes
• Taking full ownership of the projects, including holding teams responsible for their work, communicating progress, keeping a clean and concise documentation.

What makes you successful on this position:

• Proven track record of achievement within Knowledge Management Department
• Experience in building scalable teams
• At least 4+ years of experience in Knowledge Management role
• Proven project management skills
• Proven successful cross-functional communication skills
• At least 5+ years of experience in Start Ups
• Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
• You're independent. Taking the initiative to solve any problem you face is second nature to you
