Job Description

We are looking for a talented Paid Search Manager with an analytical mind and a passion for all things search.

As the Paid Search Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing best in class paid search campaigns across some much loved Aussie brands we all know and can’t live without! As well as working closely with the SEO team to deliver holistic search strategies.

If you have a burning desire to work on other performance channels too, there’s certainly an opportunity to broaden out your skills and incorporate that into your role.

You will guide and mentor 2 juniors and will be working alongside a team of other specialists (search, paid social and programmatic) client services, media experts and strategists to help our clients grow.

 

Day To Day

  • Developing, executing, optimising and monitoring effective search campaigns to reach campaign KPIs and drive business growth across a portfolio of clients
  • Providing reporting, analysis and insights to grow campaigns
  • Paid Search performance forecasting, budgeting process and allocation with client and internal stakeholders
  • Monthly budget reconciliation and invoicing
  • Maintaining a level of quality assurance and holding the team accountable for delivering campaigns and executions with precision
  • Active knowledge sharing within the team and wider departments
  • Guiding and training junior team members to help them develop their skills
  • Representing the search team in internal and external meetings

 

About you:

  • Experience working on large search campaigns, and comfortable with Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and data analysis
  • Proficiency with Google Ads +ideally 3 years’ experience
  • Minimum technical requirements: Comfortable with Google Ads, Excel and Google Ads Editor
  • You’re friendly, collaborative and thrive working alongside likeminded people
  • You can communicate effectively! Both with internal and external stakeholders
