Job Description

Let your clinical expertise shine in an exciting technical hybrid environment! The Clinical Assistant will work as a right hand to our faculty and clients during both virtual and in person workshops. This individual will be detail oriented and tech savvy to ensure virtual and in person courses have a positive impact on our clients. This role ensures all needs are met and a world class experience is provided.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to assist with the delivery of digital content
  • Responsible for uploading all recorded sessions of live courses
  • Add course curriculum along with all necessary content to the website
  • Provide content moderation of the courses and oversee discussion features as needed
  • Ensure equipment and tool maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs
  • Control supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for, and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Ensure OSHA compliance of workshops and lab and complete understanding of HIPPA
  • Assist the Resident and Visiting Faculty during courses to ensure that all of the participants’ needs are being met
  • Responsible for high volume production of in-house models for workshops
  • Building, setting up and breaking down of workshops

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental experience
  • Weekend and evening availability required
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
  • Dental Assisting Certification preferred
  • Radiography Certification preferred
  • OSHA/Infection Control knowledge preferred
  • CEREC and Sidexis knowledge beneficial
