• Advising Bosch travelers on travel pre-trip, on-trip and post-trip related questions;
• Consulting travelers on valid legal and central directive instructions, as well as optimal travel tool usage;
• Supporting travelers in case of tool and handling errors for the cloud-based travel solution and mobile application;
• Providing hands-on and ad-hoc help/solutions to ensure a smooth business trip for Bosch travelers;
• Ensuring standard processes accomplishment;
• Providing continuously improvement ideas.
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

• Studies: University Degree;
• Language: English and French Advanced;
• Good knowledge on MS office programs and great interest in IT applications;
• SAP knowledge and experience with cloud solutions is a plus.
