As a Product Owner, you will be playing a key role in creating and developing web application, which is dedicated to solve the problems of the efficiency of production workers in medium and large companies.

As a Product Owner you will be invaluable to the success of our Teams and the growth of the company.

This multi-faceted role is part of every stage of the development process from early client conversations to the successful delivery of the product. You will be the point person between Clients, and Development Team, with a high-level perspective of the projects.

Tasks: 

• Conducting customer interviews and user testinga nd synthesize those conversations into insights;

• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and perform market assessments;

• Manage the art of resource allocation (and their performance);

• Work closely with the Client and feature prioritization and road map planning;

• Use dedicated techniques for roadmapping and selected tools to describe the Product (e.g. User Stories, User Story Mapping, Lean Product Canvas, Walking Skeleton);

• Organize workshops with the Product’s users (based on the Discover/Define approach) to discover and validate hypotheses, as well as work out the best solutions for the Product.

• Manage pricing hypothesis and revenue modeling

• Strong experience in a Product Owner/Manager role

• Proven prior experience of working with product development and product management, 

• Effective problem - solving skills to ensure a quick response whenever an issue arises regarding the product design and development; 

• Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders

• Courage to move fast, make bold business decisions about product 

• Strong relationship building skills
