Job Description

Workday is the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making.  

Current live HCM (Human Capital Management) scope is Personal Information, Staffing, Absence Management, Compensation and Time Tracking. This scope is supported today by internal team working with Operations and Development. 

We are now looking to strengthen this team with additional Solution Specialist to work with continues support for Workday HCM and/or Compensation.  

Your assignment will be to provide support for Workday related topics for our approx. 11 000 co-workers employed in 27 countries. You will work closely with people & culture community based globally and project / solution team members.  

About the job 
This is a permanent position to support the running business and further development of Workday solution for the whole Inter IKEA Group. You will work with further development and support of Workday. 

Some of the responsibilities will include: 

  • Being the technical owner of specific functions within Workday for HCM and/or Compensation. 

  • Running daily support management for your functions 

  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions; all the way from identifying a solution to configuration and implementation. 

  • Together with the colleagues in solution team, clarify and develop functional design securing Workday global design to cover any additional country specific requirements.   

  • Act as expert support on HR Tech related incidents & requests 

  • Keeping up to date with tech trends and innovations 

Qualifications 
We believe you are driven, efficient and structured solution support specialist. You have previously worked with cloud based global HR solutions, preferably Workday, and have knowledge of HR processes. 

As a person you are motivated by working in a high -pace organisation where you can deliver results together with your colleagues and when you can enable an excellent employee experience and support through technology. 

It would be a great advantage if you have 3-5 years’ experience of similar position and working with Workday CORE HCM and/or Advanced Compensation, preferably configuration experience. 

In your role as functional and solution specialist you will work with a lot of different stakeholders and great colleagues across the globe, where your ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way will be key.
