What you will be doing:

• Running & Improving Digital Ads
• Set up Ads properly/well structured (Google Ads & FB/IG Ads)
• Daily checkup Ads performance
• Weekly update Ads performance
• Create plan on how to improve the Ads
• Copywriting improvement
• Creative material improvement (coordinating with our content creator)
• Web performance improvement (coordinating with our web developer)
• Helping in Managing CRM
• Making sure leads form are well set up
• Running email marketing
• Updating contact info of the leads to the email marketing audience
• Digital Marketing metrics collecting and analysis (especially Ads and email performance)
• Make sure the leads conversion from marketing effort is well tracked

Qualifications that we expect:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media, Events & Community, Email Marketing)
• Good understanding in Digital Marketing metrics & tools
• Basic skill of Spreadsheet operation and formulation
• Basic skill of CRM
• Basic skill of WordPress (preferable)
• 2 years experience in Digital Marketing (preferable)
• Eagerness to keep improving together (doesn't wait for orders)
