What we can offer you! - Your Role:

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager, to become part of our Delivery team in Europe.

As our Delivery / Project Manager, you will successfully plan and manage implementation projects for our rapidly-growing customer base on a global basis, and you will be leading the entire project phase for our solution deliveries to our global customers together with our Delivery team. On a regular basis, you will develop and deploy the breakdown of the deliveries into structured work packages and timelines, including planning necessary on-site travel and aligning the plans with our customers and our team. Furthermore, as the go-to person for our customers during the project, you will realize the successful project execution, closure, and handover to our support team.

Your Mission includes as well:

• Planning the delivery of customer initiatives, incl. estimates for professional service efforts and cost
• Single point of contact and driving force for communication with customers and stakeholders
• Generating work breakdown structures and timelines and aligning them with the Delivery Team Lead and the customer (incl. on-site operations and travel if needed)
• Managing the main execution phases of delivery projects (Discovery/Initialization, Solution Design, Implementation, Commissioning, SIT, UAT, Handover to customer, and support/Closure)
• Being accountable for the timelines, costs, and quality
• Managing the handover of customer initiatives to the atma.io support team 
• Working closely with the atma.io Product and Engineering teams for the development of new features and functionalities if applicable

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• Previous (international) work experience (5+ years) in technical consulting and system integration project management for enterprise and SME accounts 
• Customer-facing experience in delivering multi-faceted solutions and driving successful global roll-outs
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
