Director of Projects – Customer Support

Then join us to lead a group of talented and experienced Project Managers and Technical Project Managers, managing international projects, primarily within upgrades and modernisations, for some of the largest customers in airport and logistic systems.  

Take the lead
You have a role in building up the global project team for Customer Support, where you will be an important collaborative partner for your Project Managers and Technical Project Managers, using your leadership and people skills to participate in the further development of personal and professional development as well as project execution. Reporting directly to the Customer Support Divisional Director, you will be supporting all phases and activities in projects and, in close collaboration with the team, making sure that the right people are allocated to the right projects.


Apply your commercial acumen
You will be part of the Customer Support management team and play a significant role in our Customer Support deliveries with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation in Denmark and Germany as well as colleagues across our regional entities. You draw on your experience to ensure a well-functioning and motivated team and, together with the Project Managers, you ensure successful and satisfying project executions from start to handover.

People management and international experience
To succeed in the role, you are able to draw on your experience as a people manager. You obtain your results through strong leadership skills and excellent communication with customers, colleagues and stakeholders on a global level. You are proactive, trustworthy, and used to navigate in a global organisation, where the customer focus is key. Moreover:

  • You possess strong leadership skills and have previous experience in leading Project Managers
  • You are motivated by making your team better and have a strong focus on developing your group – as a team and as individuals
  • You have a project management background and have some knowledge of project execution
  • You preferable have a basis engineering (electrical) understanding
  • You have experience from a global organisation, managing internal and external stakeholders, local as well as international
  • You communicate effortlessly in English – German is a plus

As it is an international role, travel activity will be part of the job, and you should expect to be travelling up to 50 days a year.
