Having launched in 6 cities across the UK, Karshare is now in a fast growth phase with plans to expand in these cities. Reporting to our Fleet Manager, the Incident Management Executive will support our business to manage essential costs and recoveries, ensuring our ongoing profitability.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Pick up damage cases once initially recorded by Customer Success team, and liaise with recovery and repair garages to get cars back to owners as quickly and cost effectively as possible
  • Triage complex repair / recovery / damage cases and ensure that costs are minimised and actions are taken quickly to resolve issues
  • Responsible for the overall tracking of damage cases to ensure the cases are being dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with third party FNOL team when needed, as well as our insurance partner
  • Facilitate claims directly under certain conditions, using local repairers
  • Liaise with garages and recovery partners, build up a portfolio of trusted partners across the country
  • Ensure that all actions are recorded correctly
  • Any other responsibility as required within your skillset.

 

Qualifications

About you

  • Experience in Claims Handling (ideally FNOL)
  • Numerate, comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • A good understanding of Customer Service, and an enjoyment of working with customers
  • An understanding of the importance of a good process and following the steps to record actions
  • An excellent communicator (both verbally and through written communications)
  • Organised and committed to working cross functionally
  • Able to handle complexity with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Knowledge of car hire, fleet management, car sales or working with vehicle fleets is an advantage

Salary

Salary competitive and will depend on the location, and experience of the candidate.

Location and working hours

This role will be based remotely working from home although we do have a very centrally located office 2 minutes from Tottenham Court Road tube which you are welcome to use.

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
