Job Description

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is looking for a skilled and dedicated salesperson who can handle our legal unit in Norway, which sells pharmaceutical tests. In this position, you will be involved in the strategic considerations and will therefore be involved in building something big. It will therefore be a massive plus if you see yourself as a type who is not afraid of innovation, and as someone who has the ability and desire to improve and optimize our already existing processes. In the long run, you will also be seen in a role where you have a greater management responsibility for your remaining employees in the sales department, which means that you appreciate being involved in developing yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

We expect you to have a relevant background in the scientific world, with knowledge of chemical, microbiological and process control analysis methods within the QC area. At the same time, we want you to have a commercial understanding and attitude toward the business you become a part of. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked within the GMP laboratory, and that you, therefore, know how much quality means. You want to see yourself on a strategic level, but at the same time you are still a virtue in being the customers' salesperson, and therefore continue to love to come on customer visits.

  • You are self-motivated and possess a high drive, which results in you being able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
  • You can complete the sale and dare to take the lead all the way
  • You are structured and have a high level of quality in the execution of the work
  • You are open and honest and good at sharing knowledge
  • You are flexible concerning your customers and colleagues
  • You can see opportunities in "new sales" as well as in business development
  • You are sharp in negotiations
  • You are an empathetic and trustworthy leader
  • You speak and write one of the Scandinavian Languages
