Ideally, candidates would be able to travel into the office in King of Prussia, PA for 1-2 days a week, but we’re willing to work with Engineers and Developers that are outside the Philadelphia region and work fully remote in the United States.

• You will be involved in the design, development and implementation of the Ruby on Rails (RoR) and React.js platform.
• You will integrate the database and file storage solutions.
• You will work with and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• You will identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

• Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience using Ruby on Rails, React.js or other web languages/frameworks, Git, PostgreSQL. languages/frameworks, Web Development, Git, PostgreSQL.
• Must have experience creating web applications and a deep understanding of web technologies.
• Good understanding of modern JS libraries like Ember CLI or React is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful. 
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. 
• Able to create, update, and maintain database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests, and familiarity with continuous integration.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential data with a high-level of professionalism.
• Excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.

• A bachelor’s equivalent degree in Computer Science or related Engineering fields.
