Source Digital’s core video overlay technology works on any video player and allows content publishers and streamers to create new, measurable CPM, CPE, CPC, CPA video inventory overnight. Use existing video content to grow new subscribers, sell products, and promote upcoming events and programming.

Video creators can expand and deepen their content offering to include interactive, in-screen moments to engage viewers and extend sessions without the user ever leaving the site or stream. Create added video-within-a-video outtakes, bloopers, tutorials, and promotions; intake forms for lead generation, surveys, giveaways, and free trials; and transactable moments for commerce, subscriptions, installs, and donations.

Advertisers can amplify any brand message or campaign, convert pre-roll ads to actionable, interactive experiences within the video, deploy campaigns "at-will" or contextually during live streaming, and collect valuable 1st-party data insights to measure the extended engagement these Source Activated Moments (SAM’s) bring to our partners.

Job Description

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting data generated by Source Digital solutions that support customer advertising campaigns and promotions. 

  • Use data driven insights to optimize and improve on-going advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with Source Sales Teams to expand revenue generation with existing Source customers.
  • Work with Product Managers to communicate customer needs are tracked, designed, and implemented in the sprint process.
  • Manage the Source Activated Moments Reporting System (Domo reporting, connections, ETLs, new cards, etc.)
  • Maintain Block analytics reporting spreadsheet. 
  • Work with DSPs to understand their data/reporting/blocking/deduping, know their reports and how to interpret them.
  • Ensure that DSP and Source Data align/harmonize.
  • Understand Google Analytics to assist clients in answering questions like “How much traffic did Source send” (via UTMs).
  • Assist AdTech in generating/placing/testing Client Pixels
  • Lead QA in Analytics/Pixel Placement/etc.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience of Business Intelligence with SQL (MySQL and BigQuery) and Generalized Web Analytics (Google Analytics) in an AdTech environment (would be a huge plus)
  • Experience creating data visualization/financial models to support business decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
  • Passionate about new media technology. 
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making experience.
  • AdTech experience and database skills is a huge plus. 
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience working on a Virtual Team.
